John started this company in 2025 after years of working other people's trucks around the Inland Empire. He got tired of being handed a sales script on a service call and told to quote a system to somebody who needed a capacitor. So he bought his own van and started doing it his way.
His way means meters come out before opinions do. Every call gets real readings, and you see the number that explains the recommendation. If a fifteen year old furnace needs a seventy dollar part and it will run another two seasons, that is what he tells you, even though a replacement quote pays a lot better.
He lives and works in the same area he serves, from the foothill homes near East Highlands Ranch to the older streets along the Base Line corridor. Running into customers at the grocery store has a way of keeping the workmanship honest.
